ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF CHITOSAN, MORINGA OLEIFERA, CROTON ZAMBESICUSAND THEIR SYNERGISTIC ACTIVITY AS AN IMMUNE BOOSTER

The plants used for this study were selected from a collection of medicinal herbs collected traditional healers during prior ethnobotanical investigation. Chitosan derived chitin is effective as an antibacterial agent in pharmaceutics. Mauline, 2017 approach, which incorporates processing/maceration, demineralization, deproteinization, and deacetylation, was to synthesize chitosan crayfish prawns. Moringaoleifera Croton zambesicuswere chosen their phytochemical capabilities, including antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties. These acquired locally, combined with the various extracts powdered form. They tested against clinically resistant bacterial fungal isolates. extracted synergized sources organisms like Candida albicans, Vibrio cholerae, Enterobacter cloacaeand Salmonella typhiwith 30mm, 13mm 12mm zones inhibition respectively. In Table 2, water diethylether zambesicus, one (1%) only Bacillus cereus Eschericha coli. During experimental stages, both bacteriostatic bacteriocidal effects observed some media cultures however, overall results synergy between (crayfish prawn extracts), Moringa, zambesicusunderscores possibilities exploring these combinations novel drug designs.
